"Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it....

Unfortunately, my stay at The Royal Horseguards was the most distressing hotel experience of my international travels. During my stay, I returned to my room after dinner and discovered that the in-room safe had been damaged and cash stored inside was missing. My suitcase had also been damaged and...

"Staff was helpful every day of our stay. We had to change rooms -- first was odiferous; second was noisy; but the third was just right. Nalid, Jake abd Bianca were stellar. The Grand Hotel side of the building is preferable to CQ rooms (the latter need updating). The A/C worked in each room during a mjor heat wave. The lounge was quiet and well-equipped with tea and coffees. The free water was a huge bonus as well. We loved our 9-day stay. We hope to return next year."

"Great design, beautiful views of London from top floor. The cosy room was small but well appointed. Excellent sound proofing. A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed the option to save money with one of their smaller (well, tiny) rooms since we weren't planning to spend any time in them except to sleep. The hotel itself was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go -- within easy walking distance to the Palace Theatre and His Majesty's Theatre -- and for general exploring and pub hopping. We only had breakfast twice in their main restaurant, but ended up almost every night for a pint in their Joe Allen restaurant."
