"I booked this hotel at the last minute, and it exceeded all my expectations. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was immaculate, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and both the bar and restaurant were fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding and, even better, included in the price. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore London. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The hotel is well situated and close to many tourist highlights, the theatres for Hamilton and Wicked (probably others as well), restaurants and the Victoria Station underground, which makes getting around easy. The rooms might be smaller than what most North American travellers are used to but they are beautifully decorated, functional, quiet, clean and comfortable. Every staff member was extremely helpful. 10/10 recommend."

"Big hotel, walking distance from Waterloo station, in a busy built up area. We had some small issues during our stay, but overall it was satisfactory. We had water flooding from our ceiling, and I called reception to report it. An hour later no one had arrived so I reported it again on my way out. By the time I returned that evening it had been fixed. The AC wouldn't go colder than 22 degrees in our rooms. It was 33 degrees in London that week, so it was very warm overnight. "I was looking for a place to stay within reach of the Royal College of Art's Battersea campus, and this seemed like a great choice. I originally needed to add an extra night to my reservation. While support at Expedia was very helpful, it wasn't possible to do so without cancelling my original booking. To avoid this, I booked the additional night directly with Charles Hope London.
