"Wij hebben genoten van dit pareltje. Heel mooi, groot pand, hoge plafonds. Grote kamer. Een gemeenschappelijke keuken en terrasje met citroenboompje. Heel erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel! En het centrum is prima aan te lopen. Parkeerplekken voor de deur, van 8.00-20 uur betaald parkeren. Maar er zijn ook gratis plekken te vinden. Helemaal leuk hier!"

"The hotel and the stuff are very very nice, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was big... breakfast was good and so was the aircondition. The only things that we were missing were at the bathroom. No place to put your extra washing items in the shower place. Not enough racks for the towels and clothes... The location is perfect!!!"

It felt like we were lodging in someone's comfortable home, located in a residential neighborhood but close to the university, shops, etc. Our hosts were invisible most of the time (jn a GOOD way) but always available as we needed them. Coimbra is a lovely, historic destination and this hotel/hostel was the perfect location from which to see and access all of the local...

"La chambre était très propre. Toutefois, à la première flush de la toilette le bouchon n'est pas redescendu dans le réservoir et celui-ci n'était pas accessible car dans le mur. Malgré notre appel pour la maintenance, personne n'a répondu. J'ai donc défait moi-même l'appli sur le mur pour accéder au réservoir et redescendre le bouchon à la main. Pendant toute la période de notre présence, nous n'avons vu personne de l'établissement. Il y a des fruits, du café et les céréales pour le matin mais...

"My husband and I travel a ton and this place is one of the best we've ever stayed at. Not only is it a very unique and beautiful property, the staff and customer service were as good as it gets. We were greeted with a mimosa and some sweet bread and we were provided a picnic basket breakfast in bed that was superb. We were so impressed. "Lovely hotel beside the river in Coimbra. Very walkable to the centre of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a fantastic view of the river and was very spacious. The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of different options. Highly recommend!"
