"Staff where very friendly, but it was a maze to get to the room, clearer signs need to be put up to direct people to their rooms. Due to warm weather it would have been ideal for the rooms to have A/C"

I made a mistake leaving a shirt and jeans in my room after leaving, the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me in getting the items posted back to my house - really went the extra mile. "I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. "Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal. Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning. Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended."

"Room was excellent with view of the racecourse - parking was adequate costing £5 per night but if your Hilton members then it’s free - I didn’t pay. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice both hot n cold. Only disappointing thing was the public toilets at reception - they were disgusting - obviously some people have no respect at all."
