"Location is a selling point. Right in the heart of the village. It’s a small property but very spacious. It a little outdated but for the size and location, it was great. Comes with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, parking. Perfect for a family with kids as there was bunk bed available. Portable ac in the living room and a fan in the main room. Your a minute or so out your door to the village. "

"We were greeted by a kind gentleman upon arrival. Our room was very clean and well appointed with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. The electric fireplace was a nice touch! Our beds were comfy. The location is central to all Big Bear has to offer. Overall our stay was excellent. We can hardly wait to visit again."

Lovely outdoor bbq area, which we took advantage of, with tables/chairs. There were several seating areas throughout the property with table/chairs/umbrellas. AC worked very nice and room and bathroom were very clean. Perfect pricing for last minute reservation. Stayed 3 days 2 nights and would stay again. "
