We did have a problem in one room and the staff was super helpful, friendly, and immediately switched us to another room. Things are a bit dated and worn out, but still OK. "I find it bizarre that there was no mention of this being basically a recovery hospital. Pulled into hospital complex very surprised. Thinking I had booked a regular hotel. Many wheelchairs, iv and oxygen patients in lobby at check in, I have no problem with this- I just felt as if I were intruding and very out of place. Room was immaculate and comfortable. "Sink was clogged. Tall mirror disconnected from wall and about to come off. Help at bar could no break a 50.00 with out shorting me 27 dollars got it work out with them but took awhile. Incorrect sign on building was had to find the place as a result. Furniture worn. Staff at desk and restaurant not very good "

"The breakfast was decent. Coffee is decent. Room is mostly comfortable. I had a light out in bathroom. There was also evidence of growth starting to develop in areas of the window. The shower handle wasn’t secure and water pressure is poor. But the staff is super nice and helpful and the area is close by where I was working so it’s a decent stay. Price is also fair. I’d stay again"

"Lock didn’t work on door, check in took forever, lights falling out of ceiling, shower head falling out of wall, outlet covers pulled out of wall, bar closed two hours earlier than stated, and so much chlorine that my family had asthma attacks and broke out in rashes."
