"generally little bit dark. If you travel with family like me, don't go to this hotel. It was loud at night until 4 a.m. because of the club downstairs. Breakfast was not so good and little variety. I was hoping for more stalls at breakfast. one thing that I like about this hotel is the luxurious and spacious room. I'm sorry but it's a little bit under my expectation."

"Cleanliness: The property was generally clean, and housekeeping staff made a consistent effort to maintain the facilities throughout our stay. One observation is that, as the hotel caters to an international mix of guests, some may wear shoes indoors while others may not. As a result, the floor often felt a little dusty or powdery when walking barefoot. Amenities & Location: The hotel is conveniently located in Seminyak, within walking distance of several rows of shops, restaurants, and cafes....

"Had a great stay here, staff were very nice and helpful. Has three large pools, our favourite was the garden pool as it was nice and warm. Buffet breaks was nice. Also have a Japanese restaurant attached and their sushi was incredible. Loved the location, everything you need just ours is the resort. Very family friendly, would stay here again."

"プールは1階と5階にそれぞれ一つずつあります。1階のプールには浅い所もあり子連れには嬉しいです。 子供の遊び場(滑り台)が朝食会場にあり、食べながら遊ばせることも可能です。 朝食会場ではキッズチェアも貸してくれます。(ベルト付き) お客さんの層もスタッフもよかったので、 安心して子ども連れも泊まれます！ ただ子連れで徒歩圏内にレストラン等はなさそうだったので、移動は車が必要です。 大人のみでの徒歩ならありそうです！ また大人のみならばバイクのほうが早くて楽です！ ホテルのロビー横にレストラン？カフェ？があり、そこでもローカルフードやピザパスタなど食べられますが、ホテル価格なので割高です。 (パスタで135000ルピア程度) 私たちが泊まった部屋には電子レンジや電子コンロ、冷蔵庫、鍋やお皿も付いていたので、自炊も可能です！部屋の中にウォーターサーバーもありました。 ホテルにスパもあり、 バリニーズマッサージ60分で400000ルピア程度でした。 子連れでフリー時間が短い私たちにはとてもありがたかったです。 スタッフみんな子どもに対して優しく、とても気持ちよく利用できました！"
