"Did not expect this hotel to be so wonderful. The room is clean and smell fresh. Everything looks new and cosy. They also have little notes in the room to encourage you like "You did not wake up to be mediocre" and nice pictures printed on cards. Main lobby is warmly decorated and corridor has soft lightings and paintings. You can tell they really put in good efforts to make the guests feel comfortable. In addition, staff is friendly and super helpful. For the price that I paid for this...

"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"perfect location at very short walking distance to pavilion, staff are very friendly and helpful, even though the room is quite small and have no window but it is enough if you need a hotel room just for sleep and spend most of the time outside. Check in was very fast. Lift available. Overall a good budget hotel"
