"The staff here is great and the location is ideal, walking distance for most downtown attractions and not far from transit. It’s a little older building but adequate, and the price was better than others in the area."

"I had 2 rooms, one was a king which was ok besides the toilet running all night, but the other was horrible. It was 2 double beds and the room smelled horrible. The TV was unplugged and it's not the type you can just plug in. The night stand had outlets built into it but as soon as we plugged in our charging cable for our phone it sparked so I had to unplug the whole table so nothing would catch fire. Everytime I would call to front desk he would tell me he was busy with a customer."

"Worst place in existence and somehow they overcharge for a room. For the love of God do not stay here. Pay to go anywhere else, please just trust me. I got sick from a black moldy room, they couldn’t switch me out of. Bugs everywhere, the sink was backed up with water. It was disgusting and $200 for a night!!! Do not give them business this place needs to be shut down.
They ignored my messages and requests and stole my money too."
