"The property, although old, is well maintained. There’s complimentary breakfast by the lobby and bottled water in the front desk. The staff is welcoming and attentive to our needs. My only complaints were the useless gym in the basement and zero of parking. The neighborhood felt safe with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty fairies, and the World Trade Center were all within walking distance. Everything else is a short train ride away. I recommend...

"Great location and nice view. More importantly it was very clean . Rooms are small but comfortable."

"The first room I went in there was mold on the sides of the shower and the room was super tiny. When I asked for a different room, the shower was better but then there was no hot water! I was told by the front desk to turn on the sink faucet and the shower and let it run for ten minutes. After 10-15 minutes, it did eventually warm up but dang! It was just a bit janky all around."
