"Property has changed names, however signage has not been updated on main road, even locals didnt know it. Rooms are old and dirty, one of our showers was so blocked up we all used the shower from 1 room. Towels were very old and tattered and no towels were available for the pool."

"Mooie, grote en luxe villa waar aan alles is gedacht. Het personeel wil alles voor je doen. Budi was super lief voor onze dochter en kocht zelfs een cadeautje voor haar. Met Grab taxi is het centrum / strand in 10 min te bereiken. Lopen is niet aan te raden vanwege slechte wegen. Diverse kleine supermarktjes in de buurt. Ook handig dat de laundry om de hoek zit, onze kleren werden gewassen, gestreken en opgebouwd. Enig minpuntje: de honden van de buren blaffen de hele nacht door als er iemand...

Mold covers walls in room, absolutely filthy bathroom that hasn't been scrubbed since opening, staff violate boundaries, personal space, and privacy. Did not include the free breakfast. They ended up not charging me because they didn't want me to review, however this place is unsafe. There's no security at night, the doors & windows are on slide runners with no proper locking mechanism....
