"Ebony was incredible for us, though we onky saw her on the first and last day. The front desk staff was absolutely top notch. But in a city that hot, the broken water dispenser needed to be addressed. It would be cool if we knew that they would put a $250 charge on our card. What if we didnt have that? That put a financial damper on our trip."

"Everything related with the hotel was great, the room was clean and comfy, the front desk service was nice. The only inconvenience was the valet service, they don’t even know where the car keys was."

"When checking in use a card that you have the exact amount on they will try to charge your card again at checkout when I called to see what was the extra they tried to charge my card for they said it was for parking but the lady when I checked in told me that the parking was already included in my price"

"This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Bourbon Street & is within walking distance of everything. We stayed on the 4th floor, with a private balcony king room, over Toulouse St. I didn't have any trouble sleeping & very much enjoyed people watching from the balcony. The staff were all very nice & I felt safe with them checking room keys. The security there is trustworthy as well bc we found a wedding ring in the room safe & turned it in. "We stayed here for a couple days. We had a fantastic room; it had a large seating area separate from the bedroom. It overlooked the interior courtyard and the pool. It was very quiet, which was surprising since it's on Decatur. Great location near Jackson Square. Easy walk to anywhere in the French Quarter. There's a Walgreens nearby and an H&M and Sephora across the street. Handy if you forgot anything. It could use a little love though. The headboards had signs of visible wear and the shower...
