"The room was musty and the hard floor felt moist. There was mold on the ceiling that you could tell had been painted over and burns on the blanket. I found it difficult to breathe in the room as I have asthma. The staff were friendly but the cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory."

"The hotel was beautiful and our room was very nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. I was impressed by the fitness center which, in my experience, is usually less than stellar in most hotels. The staff we encountered were friendly, but not generally forthcoming with information. There are multiple elevator banks to get to different floors, the parking garage, and the attached high-end shopping center so that was a bit confusing. Parking was not explained to us upon our arrival and...

"The staff was super friendly, interactive, and helpful. They spoke every time you passed thru the lobby. They were super helpful with answering questions about the area and inquiries I had. The place itself was that New Orleans charm, and very comfortable. The only complaint is you could hear other people in the halls quite easily. Andrew at the lobby desk was amazing as was Patrice. My 2 favorites!"

"I would say it's more of an adult them as far as the rooms are concerned great location close enough to walk to everything but far enough to not be bothered by the noise...the room I had didn't really get as cold as I liked and it was this weird humming noise but overall it was a good stay"
