"The first room we were given was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke. We were then moved to a second room, where there was liquid leaking from the ceiling above the bathtub. Finally, we were given a third room, which was better than the previous two, but still not what we expected. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and not worth the price we paid."

"Property needs some remodeling. We didn't get our room until 7 pm when the check in is at 4 pm. They just kept saying that it wasn't ready. There's no service in your room unless you call and ask for it, to provide you with clean towels, soap, etc. Not enough umbrellas by the pool area and the ones they have are broken. Ice machines were not working properly. Special thanks to Alicia and Brenda at the front desk. They were very helpful and professional."
