"I bought a suite room on Expedia. Was told we got to upgrade to the new building. We were put on the ground floor and the Lani was in the parking lot. Expedia had an amount that I should pay at the hotel and they added to it by charging me parking which was included in my reservation according to Expedia.The staff was not accommodating."

"The worms were spacious. It had a kitchen, which was great. It’s beautiful ocean view, but what I did not like was that there are roaches in sight the kitchen and in the living room and when you go and let the front desk know there isn’t much that they can do except come and put those little roach baits, which does not do anything at all. They really are not much help and what they need to do is Ghate the whole entire condos because this is unacceptable when you want to use the kitchen and cook...
