"It’s a unique setting with the front desk being adjacent to the Lemoncello restaurant. We appreciated the proximity to Espanola Way for dining, the Deco District & boardwalk. The carpet in the hallways & rooms need to be replaced, room was tiny but we found it comfortable for the price. Quick UBER ride to the airport for an early morning flight. "

"The location of the property was great. Loved the walkway/park areas across the street. Not sure if the quietness at night was due to the fact that "Spring break" was over at the time of my arrival, but it was great for me! The check-in area is kind of tight but it seems all the hotels in the area were similar. The restaurant outside was a big plus. The food was excellent and the service was great. "The place is located in the perfect area right across the beach, and if you like the nightlife this hotel it’s the right one. No housekeeping for the three days, however people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. We spent our days enjoying the beach. "

"The hotel is nice and in a great location however they are doing work on another building right next door. We got a room with a balcony and there was dust from the work on everything. The noise was crazy - but that was during the day so if you were out, it would be no big deal. Staff is super friendly and this hotel is walking distance to all the good restaurants I would stay here again. "
