"The young woman who checked us in spoke very quietly and we had to ask her to repeat everything. We are in our 50's but not deaf and don't usually have trouble hearing. She then gave us an incorrect number of drink and breakfast tickets but once we got all of that fixed the stay was excellent as always with Embassy Suites. This location is right at the metro station but the signs from the station to the hotel were awful. Again once we figured olut the 3 elevator system yes 3 elevators it was...

"We were provided an upgrade when our room key did not work after returning from dinner. The upgrade was from a single room to a suite, I was rather surprised after being told it was a bigger room. Great job to the staff."

"Loved the staff, they were so friendly and location was great across from the metro but the rooms are quite small, suitcases under the bed as no where to put them and wardrobe limited, no fridge or coffee facilities but we got but with glasses of ice from the bar, I would stay here again but just letting you know it is a small room, roof top bar was lovely but paid $29 for a beer and a wine so is expensive, ate in cafe for breakfast and it was lovely and guatuiy is included "
