"9 times out of 10 you will not get the room that’s advertised on their site the room i received we not in good condition at all. An odor as soon as you walked into the room. Closet door that had tape on them and hardly opened and closed. Ceiling peeling off and appearing to be rotting. Leaky toilet. And pieces falling apart on the lower wall area. Very Disappointing say and only offered 20% off our next stay….YEA RIGHT absolutely never coming back this places needs SERIOUS renovations the stay...

"Happy with our stay, front desk staff are so friendly and accommodating Esp...Tiana! Keep up the good job and we will be back soon! Christina"

"I loved the stay, staff were helpful and friendly. They explained everything well about my stay and what it all included."

"Stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The HVAC fan was constantly running and very noticeable when trying to sleep at night. Shut off the heating completely on the control unit and the fan was still running nonstop. The door handle/lock to the bathroom was broken. The room was fairly dim even when all the lights were turned on."

"Strategic location, walking distance to Chicago River and Magnificent Mile"

"The front desk was helpful. The location very convenient in getting to places in Chicago. The facility and breakfast provided were also very nice. Unfortunately the house keeping was below average. They missed the scheduled in room cleaning, and even though we have asked the front desk several days in a row, they couldn't make the time. We even have to ask 2 times for toilet paper"

"I stayed here with my two daughters amd we all enjoyed it. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and had easy access to shopping and the Bean."

"The hotel is at a very convenient location, within walking distance to bus and train stations. Shops like Trader Joes and Paris Baguette are close by, and it takes just one train stop from there to China Town where there are lots of eateries. The room is comfortable and amenities are well provided. Love the pool which gave the kids lots of fun! Breakfast has sufficient varieties, but I would recommend better cleaning of the tables and heat up the hot items better. Overall speaking, we enjoyed...
