"When we arrived, the staff forgot to mention that housekeeping was only coming every three days! So when we came back the next day after a long tour, we were upset to find the room a mess! I don’t need to have my towels changed every day but having a bed made would have been nice! Also, they never mentioned how they had pool towels so we carried our room towels when we went to the pool."

"We stayed 4 nights and loved our remodeled 2 bedroom unit (looks better than some pictures we have seen so I think it was remodeled ). The kitchen was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee was provided. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was outside and you don’t need to pay extra like some hotels. The two pools/ hot tubs were really nice. The only problem we encountered was the flies at the pool-they were constantly on our bodies! It would have been nice...

"I booked the 2 bedroom suite. Was first shown a small bedroom w/ what looks like a queen bed. Not sure why Barbara thought I booked the "cheapest room". Showed her my receipt to correct that and she walked us over to an area with 2 rooms. No A/C, No solid walls just heavy mesh covering on two sides, bathtub (needed to be cleaned prior to use) & shower was outside and can be seen through the mesh covering.
