"This was my first time staying at this resort. Right off the bat I was so so pleased that we were able to check in early after our morning flight to an upgraded room. Thank you Dianna!!! She gave us the best advice to kick off our first Stagecoach weekend as far as which shuttle stop to go to for quickest access to the festival, breakfast spots around the resort, and directions to the pools that were luckily right across the street from our room.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful...

"Only two regular chargers for EV vehicles, and if you check in later in evening, whatever car is there is likely there overnight. Found out the next morning that there is a 2-hour guideline/rule, which really should be posted at the chargers. Good that the hotel has that, but ultimately, it is up to the consideration of the car owners, especially if the hotel staff does not have accurate auto and hotel guest contact info."
