"1st thing the staff was excellent and courteous. Top notch service. The hotel itself was dingy and a bit rundown. Our room was dingy and the carpets were so dirty they turned our feet black. When we first arrived I was shocked the rooms are exposed to the outside and not in a building. There are only a couple of pictures of the exterior and you have to pay close attention to see it. It was very noisy since your room maybe righton the street. Also its listed as free breakfast but they do not...

"The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the property. They have a restaurant on the site. No extra charge for parking in a security lot. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Buffet breakfast is $26 a person, no free options. Starbucks coffee on site."

"Beautiful property, quiet and easy location"

"My wife and I enjoyed everything about this place i mean everything pool, food, staff, enviroment, cleanliness but her and I agree on 1 thing. The pillows are TERRIBLE I still can't move my neck. I might even go to the doctor my neck hasn't moved in 3 days and im in a lot of pain. My wife had a neck issue our first 2 night. But we will stay here again we will just have to bring our own pillows."

"Usually our favorite spot to stay in the LA area… however it was not noted on the website that the pool and hot tub was shut down. We usually love to stay at this location but some renovations are needed to maintain the basic minimum. We would love to continue our stays here but need these basic requirements met."
