"The room was dated, carpet stained, beds very uncomfortable, old TV's. The beds were too firm for us & left my husband & I in pain the next day. Only got a few hours of sleep. The staff were very helpful in getting me a chair for the shower due to my disabilities. I didn't know the room didn't have a bathtub."

"This hotel is rundown, poorly maintained and dirty. The first room they put in had a hair in the shower, on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. There was food on the floor, a broken lamp in the corner and a blind that wouldn’t go up. Not to mention the smell- terrible! It was obvious the cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the sheets. They moved us to a new room, which was cleaner but still smelled awful and had a poorly functioning AC unit. Our room never got below 75 even with...
