"The staff was rude,very slow,not helpful,no table games.. roulette,poker etc….,pillows was not comfortable,the service at both restaurants was absolutely horrible,will not return ever."

"I like the price.
This hotel advertisement to get you in the door was free breakfast. The breakfast was a small apple, a small child size juice, some kind of breakfast bar, and oh yes a smaller child like water. So disappointing!!!
I didn't like the room, it was worn and needed up dated
I didn't want a handicap room and asking for another room I was told hotel was full, but not one night was the parking lot totally full.
Pool was not full nor working.
After putting the don't disturb sign on...

"Good downtown location close to other things. Offsite parking really sucked and paid $15 for it and then walk back to the hotel in the rain and then the key card didn’t work when I got to the back lot and had to walk around the block to the front. Really bad if female alone"
