"I picked this hotel for the waterpark inside. We walked to Mall of America everyday we were there, and would go back to the hotel to swim and relax. The pool was quiet at night, and we had a balcony off the 2nd floor. I was quite surprised at how quiet it was and dark once the curtain was closed. Their kitchen was having renovations so breakfast was grab and go, which we did not care for, so we walked to MOA for all 3 meals. "They had a wide variety of food choices on the buffet, which all were delicious. They had a nice happy hour with appetizers and their restaurant was delicious . . Lots of food for the price. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. Housekeeping was gracious enough to let us in."

"Hotel was ok. Restaurant was a mixed bag. The gentleman working was amazing, but the food was mid and institutional. Room was weird. It was a nice looking, but generic hotel room. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh. It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only. "

"I loved my stay and would have loved it even more if the breakfast food (scrambled eggs, sausage patty, and breakfast potatoes) had been hot. They looked scrumptious, just a little cold. I understand it is hard to keep food hot without burning so it wouldn’t keep me from coming back. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do and see. The staff was great. I would definitely stay here ir at one of their other hotels across the country again. "
