"The front desk was amazing. Our waitresses were exceptional. We did not have any interaction with our room cleaner but the ones we saw in the hotel halls were nice. It was quiet and we slept well enough. The bed was a little to soft for our liking"

"This hotel has a lot of potential, but my stay was unfortunately disappointing. The toilet didn't flush, the air conditioner was so weak that it did not cool the room, and the bed frame had a metal spike sticking out that actually took a chunk of skin off my leg.
What frustrated me most was that the staff already knew about these issues. The front desk explained that they are actively replacing the air conditioners and have already started changing some of the bed frames because of similar...

"Don’t plan to use the pool! It’s “under construction”. Don’t plan to sit on the lobby to play games or just hang out unless you like to sit in 82 degree temps when it’s 85 outside. The thermostat was set at that!
