"Checking in at night with Derrick was great. He helped with restaurant recommendations that turned out perfectly. Wanted to tip him in link sent in the morning but it only listed the morning staff to tip and they were worthless. Sorry we couldn't have done more for Derrick.
The room needs to be closed until renovations are completed. It was half painted, floors were dirty including the towel cubby. The microwave was disgusting and the fridge had some red stuff in it that leaked from the...

"Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions."

"Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience."

"The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit.
The room itself was large, very clean, with a mini kitchen should it be necessary, and a single serve coffee pot was available.
