"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "Breakfast not good. Make sure you book a room that the renovations are complete. They had put us in an unfinished room, changed to another finished room but the room had a twin trundle and they saw our reservation was with a double sofa sleeper. We had to split our family in two rooms on two different floors. Too much to go through after a long drive,tired with a family of 5. Wouldn't stay there again."

"The stay was amazing however after check out I had 3 pending charges for the cost of the room. I prepaid the room using my debit card and paid the incidentals on my credit card. After check out, my debit card was ran 3 times for the amount of the room. AGM was great in assisting an issue that she did not create however I'm unsure why it occurred therefore I'm very skeptical about staying at this location again."
