"Very disappointed in the condition of the room. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was one ice machine for three floors, and it was broken so the staff tried to compensate with bags of ice if needed. These days no frills is expected but this was beyond. They charged us two different type of fees plus $4.72 per day to park. This was not expected from an Expedia booking. "Absolutely filthy. Beer bottle under bed. Not vacuumed. Road noise was terrible. Bathroom floor had dirt everywhere, like actual sand/mud. Tub didn't drain. Shower curtain had burn holes in it. Hall was filthy. Broken flooring in elevator. Staff was polite. Parking lot was clean."

"My granddaughter loved it, the rest of us not as much. It just seemed a lot of corners were cut and maybe they’re short staffed on cleaning crew. The tp was just on a rod on the wall & fell down all the time, there was flaking paint, stains on the sheets and the toilet was dirty or stained. The hvac did work well, the staff is nice and it was quiet. I’ve definitely stayed at worse places."
