"I gave a lower score because the Check-in staff could do a little better with letting guest know about the crazy garage that you park your car in. When we entered the hotel after parking the car I mentioned the parking and the response from staff was yes it’s crazy, well a little heads up would have been appreciated in advance at check in."

"My daughter, husband and I had reserved and paid for two rooms with king size beds. There was a little problem checking in because the reservation said there was money owed when. there shouldn’t have been because prepaid for the rooms. We were given rooms 210 and 310 and both were two queen beds and not a king ! I didn’t complain about the rooms because they were clean and I was too tired to deal with changing rooms.
