"Great location and service"

"It was a nice stay at this hotel and would return."

"Very clean and decent hotel, one staff member was a little catty but overall the experience was excellent. Definitely would go back"

"The front desk staff were very rude; they were fighting amongst themselves, and thats the guest problem too. Couldn't explain how the building has two towers and that affects the room number you get; had to ask another staff member for help. All the front desk associate told me was I should go by the elevators (there are two different sets of elevators). It took me over twenty minutes to find my room. Very rude, unprofessional, and I will not be staying here again. I was double-charged for Wi-Fi...

"The location is great, the Foggy Bottom Metro Station is so near to the hotel. It's a quietly place. Great restaurant so close."

"Staff very helpful, great amenities"

"Unfortunately, while seated in the dining room I saw a mouse. I informed the waiter and the manager about my experience. The manager said he would place traps down. I wrote a letter to management immediately when I returned home in August hoping to get an apology. As of today I have not received any response."

"Shower was terrible with an odd angle for the shower head. Had to lean head on glass to wash hair. Walls were thin and could hear neighbors very well. Staff did not present as friendly over the five days we stayed there. Barely treated each day. Good location but dated rooms."

"Huge hotel that I recommend exploring. Steps away from dining and late night"

"Great hotel"
