"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"I had a great stay at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, with easy access to subway stations and nearby attractions, which made getting around super convenient. I also appreciated the security measures; after a certain time, they check room keys, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and had no complaints....

"For a $40 resort fee/night, the property doesn’t offer much in the ways of amenities. When I stayed last time you could at least get free coffee and water in the lobby. "The pictures were deceiving, if you get a basic room they will put you in the bottom floors which are old and had a musty smell. In order to get a room like the one in the pictures you have to pay an extra "premium" fee. I did because the bottom rooms were horrible.
