"The location is the best thing about this hotel. Everything else was just ok to poor. Hotel is really old, stains on walls are everywhere. Wallpaper peeling off. If you’re only looking for a place to stay overnight, this is ok. However for longer stays and if your looking for comfort, there are better places in the area you can find."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"This hotel has a good location and is good enough. I was advised by a colleague who arrived before me to ask for a room upgrade ($100). The hotel is under construction, and apparently the lower floors are rough. My room was clean, but reeked of cigarette smoke. The thermostat was finicky, so either blowing cold or off and would not turn on. There are no amenities. No gym, no cafe. There is expensive, cheap coffee in the lobby. They call this a grab-and-go breakfast. Maybe my expectation was...
