"Enjoyed my stay!!"

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was actually QUIET for sleeping, a 3 min walk from the Empire State Building, and a 5 min walk from the subway. The staff were delightful; I got a free upgrade to a family suite. I'm not a city person but this hotel made me want to come back to NYC!"

"Staff was very attentive super clean and well kept rooms. $6+ bottle of water in the room is a bit prices but there are stores very close by to grab snacks and drinks if you need them. Would definitely stay there again."

"Genuinely the staff was wonderful and the only reason I would consider going back. The front doorman was so helpful and kind to me and my friends and helped us get a flat rate taxi to the airport. Really loved the staff everyone was so accommodating and nice. Hotel wise it’s fine.. It’s a loud street, the carpet moves as you walk, and it’s a very small bathroom with a weird shower set up. Overall it was fine for the price plus you get 10% off at some of the restaurants near by."

"Location is very good. Basic room that gets the job done at a minimal standard. However, relative to other hotels in the area, I would not recommend. It is very loud throughout the night. The windows are thin. The pillows are the thickest I have ever slept on in a hotel. They do not have other types you can swap with. It indicated "continental breakfast". That is false, they just provide coffee in the morning"

"Unlike the advertised photos which show bright windows right nest to the bed, my room was a dark hole. Had a stayed more than two nights, I could see myself getting depressed here. And it was not quiet when you opened the windows, you heard the utility noise. The AC was loud and not very efficient."

"Only issue was there's only 1 set of elevators and they were slow other than that a great place. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was fresh and delicious "

"Yes. Plenty of nice places to eat and close to the Harry Potter Shop. We love the Flatiron district. "
