"One of the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and they are worth every penny you spent. The common amenities are beautifully designed, it felt like a pristine museum/fancy lounge. The single room has a Japandi aesthetic which is really well-designed to feel spacious within the small space. Lighting are perfect, bright, warm, and cozy. Staffs are really well-dressed and caring. They accommodated my stay attentively. Highly recommended and definitely come back for another time."

"We arrived early and were greeted by extremely friendly staff. We stored our bags and when we returned, they gave us a fantastic view in our hotel room. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. I will definitely stay again in the future."

"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"Absurd price for facilities that are inferior to any "Motel 6" in the middle of nowhere. No refrigerator, no breakfast that includes at least bread and butter, nothing to buy after hours, no contact with the many food providers in NYC, not a decent chair in the room, not a glass of water, or even a glass, a dollar store soap re-used for 4 nights, and on and on..."

As student who was traveling, the access to the printer in the lounge was an amazing amenity. The rooftop bar was very relaxing and offered great views of the city. Easy access to the subway stations and local eats in every direction. I look forward to booking with them again."
