"I arrived. Third floor up with two suitcases I hadn’t taken into account. No heating. No hot water. The next day I called the office only to be told ‘I had no common sense’ more than once as I had not used the thermostat. Ah ha that thing that goes round and round and makes no difference at all! The wonderful handy man cam around and told me the boiler was turned off (it was in the roof). The second night was warm and all was well. "
