"El staff de check in fue realmente amable. "The hotel is across the street from the V&A museum, and my room had a front view. Location is superb! I could walk to The Royal Albert Hall, the tube, the shops, and Hyde Park. My room was well-maintained, and the spacious bathroom had a bathtub, a rare find in most hotels these days. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay."

"From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel.
