"my single room was comfortable , clean and a trifle small. The staff were helpful and efficient. Was very satisfied by the standard overall. it was unfortunate that one of the main lifts was not working so reaching the higher floors could be slow. "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...

"Summary: Great hotel location. Room (deluxe) mediocre and needs improving.
Hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from Gloucester Road Station which is on three different tube lines. Also down the road from the NHM, Science Museum and V&A, with Royal Albert not far either.
On arrival, the hotel entrance looked smart and we were greetly warmly with a goodie bag which was nice. Then asked for £50 deposit, which I was surprised at but understandable (believe in the T&C's...

"Das Hotelzimmer hat eine gute Größe.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Allerdings ist die Zimmerausstattung veraltet und hat sehr viele Gebrauchsspuren.
