"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

"Our stay at The Village Indy was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable, we slept pretty well. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made check-in via messaging easy. The location was close to downtown and convenient for getting around although there’s a bit of street noise at times (city life!), but overall, it didn’t take away from how comfortable and relaxing the place was. Definitely a good spot if you want a comfortable stay near the convention...
