"We had a 2 bed room and it was clean and fresh upon walking in. The towels were bright white and plentiful. Nice soaps for bathroom. The front desk personnel (esp John and Jamal) were very helpful and professional. They took care of everything I needed and did it with a smile. The pool was sparkling clean everyday and had a full time lifeguard and stacks of pool towels. Carlos was a great server for breakfast and pool bar. Paul was so nice in the restaurant dining room. "The stay was great. I would recommend it for anyone to stay. The breakfast was good and people was very friendly. Very safe place to stay. The room were comfy but didn't like we had ask for a refrigerator it took forever to cool and had to go down stairs to use the microwave to heat food. The bathroom were quite small. The staff was professional at all times."

"Overall, well maintained and clean room. Room felt clean, view was great, and cleaning was generally very good. It's also very close to campus and has some nice restaurants in the area. The only "miss" was that some of the sheets and towels had stains. Especially towels seemed to regularly have makeup stains. They also got rid of the shuttle service which was unfortunate and a surprise."

"The property is aging. They redid floors to vinyl in the room, nice stall shower. However, left an old fridge that froze our meds and fruit. The only 2 lamps in the room had non working bulbs. The indoor pool had cloudy water. Bed was newer and comfortable. I just expected higher standards from a Hilton Doubletree."
