"Out stay was lovely! But the staff went above and beyond at checkout. We had already made it to the airport when our 10 year old left his new stuffy in the lobby. When I called they were so nice and helpful and shipped them to us in 48 hours. Thank you again!!!"

"You can find better for the price. Broken Toilet and Shampoo dispenser fell off the wall. They fixed the toilet but didn’t bother to fix the shampoo dispenser. Floors smelled of cigarettes. Weed smell in all the elevators. Some nice staff members but saw other staff member be extremely rude to guests. There are way better hotels in the area. Won’t stay there again."
