"Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bahnhaltestelle Fujikyu und dem Freizeitpark Fuji-Q Highland entfernt. Das Zimmer war zwar eher kompakt, jedoch völlig ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gebuchte Bergblick – die Aussicht auf den Fuji war beeindruckend und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich aufgewertet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut organisiert, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Das Onsen sowie das Abendessen haben wir nicht genutzt, daher...

"Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay."

"Clean and spacious room. The beds on the floor were not very comfortable, especially the pillows. Staff was very helpful in making arrangements when possible although they did not seem to know much about the Five Lakes area. Overall if you are interested in Hakone/Gora this is a great property. "

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Hotel mit wunderschönem Blick auf den See. Das Zimmer war sehr traditionell japanisch und man hatte sehr viel Platz. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstücksbuffet war spitze inklusive Blick auf den Mt. Fuji oder den See auf der anderen Seite! Wir hatten Glück und konnten an jedem Tag den Mt. Fuji sehen. Das Hotel hatte auch einen Aussichtssraum (nicht barrierefrei) und eine Webcam, um den Fuji zu begutachten bzw. anzuchecken🗻"
