They helped arrange transportation, gave me insider tips for exploring the Old Quarter, and even checked in to make sure everything in my room was perfect. Hanoi is already a beautiful and vibrant city, but staying here elevated my trip to another level. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the service here is among the best I’ve ever experienced—kind, professional, and heartfelt.
