"Fantastiskt upplevelse, trevlig personal, rymligt rum och mycket rent och fräscht. Frukosten var toppen. Poolen var trevlig fast liten men man är mitt i de gamla kvarteren. I stort sett ett stenkast ifrån den kända platsen där tågen går mellan husen. De tog hand om vårt bagage och när vi kom tillbaka på kvällen frågade de om vi vill ta en dusch även fast vi checkade ut flera timmar innan. "

"Everything you need, food, pool, gym, massage, grocery store. An entire living community with security and 24 hr reception. Only downside is it is not easy to get a Grab pick up. We used a cab orders by reception to go where we needed and used Grab to get back."

"The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The assisted with transportation from the airport, kept my luggage on the day of check out and had great breakfast options. The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. Hotel staff also provided recommendations asked. I also came back another day for the Skybar which was also great. I rated this a 4 star because there was a mildew smell in the room. To be fair they may have moved me if i informed them, but i decided not to as i checked...

"This hotel is perfect. Unfortunately, I came there with a broken bone in foot from last place and staff, particularly Lily searched medical facilities in Hanoi and organised a fracture boot for me to be delivered. I also got very sick and the staff went above and beyond to help get the doctor out, pick up medicine for me and just so much more than I would expect. The room itself was fabulous and my husband tells me the restaurant food was fantastic. Tom and Thu(Grace) were a couple of staff that...
