"Outstanding hotel find after been stranded in Lisbon for an evening. Check-in by Renata was fantastic, she shared a wealth of information to maximize my limited time in the city (e.g., Time Out Market, walks, etc.). Room, was spacious, modern, and clean w/ views of the Cristo Rei statue. The hotel is a ~25 min walk to restaurants / shopping but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"Urbano FLH was a perfect choice for a 4-night visit in Lisbon because of it's location, cozy atmosphere and interior, nice and helpful staff, spotless clean comfy room, tasty and fresh breakfast - I just loved it. The only negative thing was poor sound-proofing: you can easily hear all voices from neighbouring rooms and corridor. "

"Fantastic front desk staff. Great breakfast that is available till 11am. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and lovely. Everything is walkable. I asked for an interior room so I could avoid street noise and they accommodated me. Unfortunately, there was construction happening within the hotel by my room where drilling and hammering started by 9am. But sometimes these things just happen. Wished they could have waited till a little later to start the banging, but I’d still stay here agin....
