"We paid extra for the suite but overall was just an okay stay. There are no controls for the AC and the room stayed hot. Lobby was very dated and smelled like a bathroom. Rooms need updating and I don’t think I would book this room again."

"There’s not enough room in this box to say everything that I possibly can so I’ll just make it short and sweet. The staff treated me like a complete king. There were very welcoming the moment I walked in the door and we’re right there for anything I needed was always showing me, smiles and waving at me when they saw me and if I spoke to them, they always make sure they asked if everything was great and if I needed anything, let them know because they would get it for me right away. The staff at this establishment went above and beyond for my stay and I was sad to go, but look forward to seeing them again. They are absolutely top-tier establishment, and I truly enjoyed every moment of this place. The room was clean every day. The staff smiled and was kind to me always. The beach view was amazing from the 27th floor with the rooftop pool and also not to mention the amazing buffet breakfast every morning always hit a spot. "
