"When we first arrived we had no towels in the room. They also had no hand soap. The window view was the stairwell. The room was a tiny claustrophobic’s nightmare with dust collected around light switches and mouldings. It was a good location though near Times Square. It should not be rated 4 stars! Parking was located a few blocks away. Unloading bags was almost near impossible to find an unloading spot for the car. Staff were friendly. Overall, I wouldn’t go back."

"The location of the hotel was good. Time square was close enough to walk . The breakfast was good with an assortment to choose from. The room was nice with the bed being pretty comfortable. The property was pretty much well maintained. The bar was good with Happy Hour having drinks and food at a reasonable price. Overall a good choice for a stay in New York City."
