8.4 dari 10, Sangat bagus, (4.644 ulasan)
"This hotel could be a diamond in the rough, but the rooms definitely need updating. The elevators were out of service, and we weren’t notified beforehand or offered any accommodations. Parking fees and procedures weren’t clearly explained at check-in, and we were overcharged.
On a positive note, the lobby was beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room conditions and lack of communication took away from the overall experience. I would give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars."
