"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"Although the hotel is “in” the airport, if you arrive at Terminal B (which most United passengers do) it’s a real hassle to get to the hotel. You have to take a shuttle or two. There were long delays which we would have found completely unacceptable had we been under time pressure. Luckily we were not. Add 30 minutes to an hour to anything they estimate for shuttle service to/from the hotel!"

"The Omni Parker is a historic hotel with a unique history. It’s beautiful and clean. The location is perfect for visiting the Freedom Trail on foot. We were within walking distance of Little Italy, the Underground Railroad tour and the WWII Ducks tour of Boston. There’s great shopping, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and access to the subway all within walking distance of the hotel. It’s a beautiful section of Boston. We took an Uber from the airport to the hotel since we arrived after 1:30...

"I found the employees working in lobby and restaurant very friendly and very willing to help in any way. Our room should have been vacuumed daily. Bed made and pj’s folded but toilet and floor looked like nothing done. It was difficult.for me to get my husband sitting in his wheelchair into and out of the handicapped room because of the threshold being slightly elevated."
