"We were VERY disappointed that the restaurant/room service was not available for 2 hours after check-in. We had traveled for much of the day to get to that hotel, and we were hungry when we arrived. While the bar opened at 4:00, no meals were available (either in the restaurant/bar or via room service) until 5:00. "Hair still just outside the shower, room just wasn’t very clean. The lobby was kind of all over the place. Also they make you pay an additional $50 for parking. They also charge another $25 fee for some BS. Those surprise fees we not appreciated at all."

"Creepy underground parking garage requiring walking on a deserted side street to get to non-attended lobby (check in is on second floor). My wife made sure to return to hotel before nightfall No cups in bathroom. Tiniest bar of soap I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was disappointing A very nice facility - but run like a Motel 6"
