"Great hotel with great distance to major places"

"I stayed here from July 12–15, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On the first night, there was no body wash in the room. I informed the front desk, and instead of replacing it, they gave me three small bars of facial soap. The body wash was never refilled for the remainder of my stay. I was also charged $51 for parking, even though my car was only parked there for approximately 12 hours, from 11:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. I emailed the billing department regarding the charge...

"We were VERY disappointed that the restaurant/room service was not available for 2 hours after check-in. We had traveled for much of the day to get to that hotel, and we were hungry when we arrived. While the bar opened at 4:00, no meals were available (either in the restaurant/bar or via room service) until 5:00. "If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I have stayed at Embassy Suites many times before, but this location completely changed my opinion. My daughter accidentally left her iPad in the hotel room. "Hair still just outside the shower, room just wasn’t very clean. The lobby was kind of all over the place. Also they make you pay an additional $50 for parking. They also charge another $25 fee for some BS. Those surprise fees we not appreciated at all."

"Creepy underground parking garage requiring walking on a deserted side street to get to non-attended lobby (check in is on second floor). My wife made sure to return to hotel before nightfall No cups in bathroom. Tiniest bar of soap I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was disappointing A very nice facility - but run like a Motel 6"
