"Staff was wonderful all around, except the one girl up front who hid the free candy from my friends and I after we got it two days in a row. Everything was smooth and staff was super friendly and offered different options to get to our tourist spots. Would definitely stay here again, location is close to many attractions."

"I had an excellent stay at Zocalo Central. As soon as we arrived Antonio was welcoming and efficient. The room felt clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the shower pressure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient for sightseeing, with easy access to nearest landmark. At check-out Christian was attentive and efficient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for value and modern hotel that delivers consistently."

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."
