"We enjoyed the convenience we experienced in Lotte City Hotel; the convenience store, Angelinus coffee shop, close to subway stations and various restaurants. The staff were all nice and helpful. The only downside we experienced was the long wait for elevators, and also insufficient supply of necessities for 2 people."

"家族3人でGWに2泊しました。ベッドが3つあるホテルは数が少なく、落ち着ける雰囲気のプレミアトリプルが決めてとなりました。 お部屋は静かで清潔です。スタッフの対応も良く、特に良かったのは朝食が美味しかったこと。海外旅行の場合は朝食に安心感があると心地良く1日がスタートできます。 強いて悪かった点があるとすれば、テレビが使いにくかった点と、お部屋のコーヒーを翌日補充してもらえたらと思ったくらい。 Wi-Fiは一部屋ごとの専用ルーターがあるので通信環境も快適ですし、ウォシュレット付きトイレも日本人としてはポイント高いです。 総じて良いお部屋でした。ありがとうございます。 "
